The candidate we are seeking to join our Company must be enthusiastic and energized. Leaving Certificate is necessary, and a Third Level Degree is advantageous. The successful candidate will work closely with our accounts and marketing teams and report to the Office Manager.
The main duties of the role will be as follows.
Dealing with customer and supplier enquiries.
Answering phone and email queries in a professional and efficient manner.
General administration duties.
Assisting with preparation of tender documents.
Following company processes for preparation of site files.
Leaving Cert is required – Third Level Degree advantageous.
Professional, friendly phone manner.
Excellent written and oral English skills.
Excellent Computer Skills – Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs is essential.
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills
Ability to work well in a team
Full Driving License
